Motorsports Travel is made up of two parts, Hotel Accomodations and Transportation which includes Airline and Rental Car reservations.

What We Do
Hotel Accomodations - Motorsports Travel provides hotel accommodaton services to race teams, vendors, officials, sponsors, press and fans in the Tudor Sports Car, Indy Car, Indy Lights, Continental Tire Challenge, World Challenge, Pro Mazda and MX-5 Series. We have rooms for every event for your entire season.
Airline Tickets & Rental Car Reservations - We utilize the Sabre reservation system giving us access to all airlines including Southwest Airlines plus any available web fares and we have the lowest fees in the business. We also have access to every rental car vendor and all available rates including corporate discount rates for your preferred vendor.

About UsFred Carneau - Hotel Accommodations
Fred has been working in the Motorsports industry in some capacity for most of his life. Working part time as a mechanic for a racing team out of Portland Oregon for over 6 years while going to college. The team raced at many events across the USA and Canada and included Blown Alcohol Hydro Boat, Alcohol Funny Car and Jet Exhibition Funny Car. Fred began doing the travel arrangements for the team and after graduating college from Portland State University in 1985 went to travel school in Portland Oregon.
Fred began working for a travel agency full time while not racing and part time when racing during the summer. He applied with Grand Prix Tours in Costa Mesa California and began working there in 1987. Fred worked as Marketing Director for three years assisting in tour development, sales and assisted on the tours.
In 1990 relocated to Phoenix to work with Indy Car Travel as Marketing Director and assisted in developing marketing plans, sales of travel services, reservation management, hotel contract negotiation and tour development. Indy Car Travel became one of the largest agencies of its kind in the United States.
Fred left Indy Car Travel in 1998 and began Motorsports Travel in 2000 and is still running the hotel accommodation side of the company.
Fred's other company involves photography. For over 30 years he has photographed cars and drivers at the races he has attended as well as many musicians in concert and still does so to this day. He amassed an impressive portfolio of photographs and a large collection of concert memorabilia that he custom frames into one of a kind collectibles. Pete's travel career began in 1989 with Executive Air Travel. Two years later Pete left to start his own travel company catering to professional travelers with a focus on corporate and motorsports clients.
In 1999 Leslie Incandela from Indy Regency Racing, a mutual client, suggested Fred and Pete join forces and in early 2000 Motorsports Travel was created.
Like Fred, Pete has worked in the motorsports community in some capacity for the past 30 years. In addition to 22 years in the travel industry, Pete has worked for the SCCA as a corner worker for six years, worked for and attended the Skip Barber Racing School plus he raced Karts for a couple of seasons in 2004.
In his spare time Pete enjoys building web sites and has created sites for folks like Joey Hand Racing, Dane Cameron Motorsports, Kartel Motorsports, Cameron Racing and many more including this site.
